delicious breakfast options, the food was great. my room included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. location: the hotel was close to ohio for business meetings and stores and restaurants and business area. i tried some drinks at bar applebee's, located 10 minutes walk away.

The hotel was clean in a new building with restaurants nearby. The room had a king bed and a variety of supplies like climate control, pay TV, and a microwave. The location was marvelous, right by a grassy area and a 5-minute walk from River Valley Mall. The pool area was nice. The check-in staff was friendly.

The location was great, within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit, the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food options, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making us want to return without hesitation.

Would stay here again when I'm in Lancaster. I have just returned from a great stay in this hip new hotel. Extremely spacious rooms. The breakfast is complementary. The staff are super-friendly and very pleasant. The property has a great and absolutely perfect location. Just off the mall and outlets and Ohio for business meetings. And it's by Hocking River.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, with hair found on the pillows and bed, indicating that the bedding was not changed.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lancaster. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

At first, the queen room didn't look too great in the photos, but when we got there, it was actually really nice! The bathroom was a good size and had a shower along with hairdryers for us to use. Plus, we enjoyed a free breakfast and the staff at check-in were super friendly 😊.

We were in town for a weekend getaway and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially the woman who checked us in and the woman who worked the breakfast, were friendly and helpful. We also loved the convenient location with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Despite being near a busy road, the hotel was surprisingly peaceful. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and the shower head provided a perfect shower experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with no sticky floors or used towels left in the bathroom. The location was also great, being pretty close to Hocking Hills. Despite being near a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet both inside and outside the property. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

A few minor issues

I had a great stay at a hotel just 15 minutes outside downtown Lancaster. The comfortable mattress and firm pillows ensured a good night's sleep. Although the room and hallways could use some freshening up, I appreciated the individually wrapped remote control. The breakfast buffet had its ups and downs, but the biscuits and gravy were very good. The location was convenient for exploring Hocking Hills. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and value.
